If your purchase doesn't bring you joy - you can return it and we'll credit you the cost of your purchase minus postage and any credit merchant fees paid by us (must be in original unused condition). If your product is faulty - we will offer an exchange or a full refund, including postage. Please email us and provide your telephone number so that we can resolve the issue ASAP.

+ WHEN WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER?

Please note we will not ship orders for free or for flat rate international if you are only purchasing an accessory (such as a chain). In this instance shipping will be calculated in the cart. Orders placed before midday AEST (Monday-Friday) will usually be dispatched on the same day or within the next business day. 

 

+ DELIVERY

Please make sure you include any specific delivery instructions in your order.  If your parcel cannot be delivered it will normally be held at your local post service for a short period of time. We will not be responsible for the postal service not being able to deliver your order. If for some reason it cannot be delivered it will be returned to us and we will refund you the cost of your purchase minus any charges we have incurred for returning the delivery and including credit card fees paid by us.

+ CUSTOMS DUTY & TAXES (e.g. GST, VAT)

Duty and Taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the thresholds for duty and taxes. In most cases your order will be under thresholds and so no duties will be charged and taxes may be minimal. You will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes.
